Tiger Game.com

A portable game console from 1997 made by Tiger, the company that made a bunch of LCD handheld games in the '80's and '90's. The Game.com was the first portable console to have a touch screen, as well as a bunch of PDA features, like a calendar, calculator, phone book, and even a built-in solitaire game, which, sadly, was the best game on that thing. You could actually plug it into a dial-up modem into it for text-only internet. The only original game was a puzzle game called "Lights Out," but other than that, it was a bunch of low-quality ports. It was made to compete with the Nintendo Game Boy, but needless to say, it flopped, quite hard, I might add. It fell even harder than the Atari Lynx.
