I simply took the ".png" file from my "Minecraft" folder and turned it into this with "GIMP". To get the "minecraft" folder, go to "%appdata%" on your computer and double-click on ".minecraft". Then double-click on "versions" and double-click on your latest version. Next right-click on the ".jar" file that is titled "1.7.10" (this is right now, it may be different depending on what version minecraft is) and and hover over 7-zip and choose open archive. Next double click "assets" and there you go! You have your "minecraft" folder. Just simply drag and drop it on your home screen and it will stay there. IMPORTANT: I used Windows 8.1 but it should work for any windows computer. If you have a Mac, there are many videos on youtube. Search: "how to find your minecraft folder?"
