Behold! Probably the least known Pokemon because it has only made on appearance in the TV show, and then was banned for crimes it did not commit! It is a Pokemon made entirely out of code, but for some impossible reason it has a solid form! Oh, and by the way, the criminal Pikachu framed Porygon with a whole ton load of charges about giving most of the children in Japan seizures.
