The Love Medallion is an item in Minecraft Dungeons. When activated, up to three nearby hostile mobs will be turned into allies of the player and attack other enemies. After ten seconds, the allies will be killed instantly.

A spell radiates from this trinket, enchanting those nearby into a trance where they must protect the holder of the medallion at all costs.

hen used, the medallion flies around quickly, and 3 mobs give off hearts. These mobs become allies for 10 seconds, after that they die. However it doesn't work on all mobs.
