I didn't do the supplies chest since its the same one from the original game, and you can find one easily if you search "chest" on the search bar

The term chest refers to the chests that spawn throughout a mission and tend to have a finite amount that the hero can check by viewing the map. There are several types of chests that exist in the game and each chest can give the hero gear and consumables (with the exception of the lobby chests which only give emeralds).
