Starved is a character created by Twitter user Dumbie_Dumbie. He was created on February 23, 2022. Starved is an incarnation of Dr. Ivo Robotnik that has one goal currently in mind: to feed his insatiable hunger he has worked up over time. He is the same doctor to a marginal degree despite the difference in looks, his outlooks comparably before are much different than what he originally had planned in the beginning.

His appearance is different from the original doctor, with many noticeable differences:

His skin is of a bright red, with no resemblance to any of the original, peach colored tone he once had. His head is noticeably more oval shaped. He does not posses a mustache or glasses, and his sclera cannot be seen, His mouth is as well always showing teeth.
