Stairway or Just a little trolling starts out like a completely normal Trollge, although somehow looking more horrific then even Smiler's Trollge form, due to going insane and going full Trollge after killing Derpy. His entire body is sharper and more bony, lankier, and seems to be actually skeletal, seeing how his spine, fibula, and tibia are visible. Interesting, while Stairway is Pteromerhanophobia, he has a single right eye (that’s visible). His face seems to be more greyish then Smiler.
