Its the Enderman holding a Grassblock!

In case you don't know who this "Handsome guy" is, then here's the intro : Enderman - Enderman is a tall, slender, black-skinned, and Neutral (passive until provoked) mob in Minecraft that can teleport, pick up blocks, and has purple eyes. Found in all dimensions, they become hostile when players look directly at their faces, dropping ender pearls upon death. They are famously sensitive to water and rain.
